HARAMARA Pacific Retreat Resort Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico
July 9th-14th, 2009
Join Chrystal and Andres for our second
Gaia
Flow
Yoga
retreat in the beautiful Pacific Coast of Mexico.
The natural beauty, blue waters, secluded beaches, and warm blue skies will transport you to a different world.
Leave everything behind and come unwind at the ocean’s edge.
No phones, no electricity and no worries.
Our relaxed schedule will include as much or as little yoga as you like—everything is optional.
The daily schedule will include a powerful Gaia Flow Yoga morning practice and a soothing evening practice, along with deep meditations, healthy meals, and a lot of relaxation time on the beach serenaded by the powerful and soothing sound of the waves day and night.
The Haramama Resort is a perfectly suited environment for relaxation, rejuvenation, deepening your spirituality and strengthening your yoga practice.
Retreat site: The Haramara Resort is located 40 miles north of
Puerto Vallarta. It takes about 30 minutes from the
Puerto Vallarta
Airport to arrive to the resort. Once you get to the Haramara Resort, you may never want to leave again, except for the nice afternoon walks down quiet jungle trails to nearby Sayulita, a quaint, picturesque fishing village with a vibrant, active town square. The Sayulita ocean area is an ecologically protected zone.
Accommodations: The simple beauty of the accommodations will win your heart, as your senses awaken and you become one with nature. The separate open-air casitas are spacious with two luxurious double beds.
Each casita has a sitting area and a unique private bathroom, with a partially open wall inviting the beauty of the jungle and ocean into view.
Each casita has a private outdoor hot shower designed for lavish and relaxing pleasure.
The palapas have been hand-built into the jungle mountainsides; built in a vernacular style of the Pacific Coast of Mexico.
Electricity has intentionally been omitted; candles or kerosene lamps provide soft lighting and unobstructed views of the stars at night. To see more pictures and find out more about the location go to

Meals: Three meals are included daily, prepared in a clean, healthy and conscious manner. The open air restaurant atop the Haramara Resort overlooks the jungle to the ocean. The chef is creative, serving vegetarian style, with organic, regionally grown fruits and vegetables whenever possible. Local fresh fish and seafood are also provided daily. The drinking and cooking water at the Haramara Resort is all purified. Meals are presented buffet style.
