Desert
Desert is the third Gaia Flow Yoga practice. This is the most meditative and purifying practice of the three practices.
Desert specific focus is to unwind the mind, unravel the body, and more importantly to open the heart. The path to freedom in the Desert practice is through flexibility and detoxification. As the body opens and flexibility improves blocked pranic energy ignites the detoxification and healing processes.
In this practice we are very slow and intentional in our movements, breath and thoughts. There is nothing rote about a Desert practice.
