Ocean
Ocean is the first practice of the three part Gaia Flow Yoga series.
It is a high intensity interval training practice (HITT) which cycles between waves of intense vinyasa flow, strong holding postures, and opening poses.The Ocean practice strengthens the cardiovascular systems, stimulates the metabolism, and jump starts the immune system by stimulating the process of detoxification on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
It is a great way to energize your body, mind, and spirit.
